These terms govern your use of Turion, provided by Turion Intelligence Inc.. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter this agreement.
Research software
Turion provides educational market research and analytics. It does not provide personalized investment advice, brokerage services, money management, or guaranteed returns. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Verify information independently before making financial decisions. Past results and paper simulations do not predict future performance.
What is available
Available features and limits appear on Pricing. Trading is paused during paper qualification and is not part of the currently available paid service. Future capabilities are not a purchase commitment. Symbol reports require your own supported Alpaca connection and appropriate data access. External providers may have separate accounts, fees, terms, market hours, and interruptions.
Subscriptions and renewal
Free accounts do not require payment. Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars, in advance, at the price shown in Stripe Checkout, plus any taxes shown there. By confirming a subscription in Checkout, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Promotional terms, if offered, are shown before payment. Turion does not charge a percentage of investment gains.
Cancellation and billing help
Cancel renewal from Account using Cancel subscription or Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until that period ends. Cancellation does not itself request a refund of prior charges. For a mistaken charge, service issue, or refund request, contact socialmediaautomation@gmail.com. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected. Failed or overdue payments may reduce access to the Free tier.
Account responsibilities
Keep your account details accurate and your password and broker keys private. Do not share accounts, bypass usage limits, exploit other accounts, interfere with the service, or use the service unlawfully. You retain ownership of content you submit and authorize us to process it to provide the service. Use third-party data only as permitted by its provider.
Service changes and limitations
We may update features and resolve security or reliability issues. No service, market feed, or AI result is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend abusive or compromised accounts. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material billing changes will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal.
