Turion Intelligence Inc. operates Turion. This policy describes how the service handles account, research, billing, and connected-account information.
Information we process
We store your email, optional name, salted password hash, account role, email verification status, terms acceptance, subscription state, usage records, and support requests. If you connect Alpaca, we store encrypted connection credentials and account identifiers, and process balances, positions, orders, fills, and research history. Authentication and abuse prevention use session cookies and short-lived request counters derived from network and account identifiers.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, provide research and analytics, enforce plan limits, administer billing, deliver account emails, respond to support requests, and maintain service security. Research requests and relevant context are sent to AI providers to produce answers. Do not include passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal information in prompts.
Service providers
Netlify hosts the application and database. Stripe handles payment details, subscriptions, and its hosted customer portal; Turion stores billing identifiers and invoice summaries, not full card numbers. Resend delivers verification, reset, and enabled notification emails. OpenAI and Anthropic process AI requests through provider APIs, including Netlify AI Gateway. Alpaca supplies data for connected accounts. These providers process data under their own applicable policies and service terms. Data may be processed in countries other than where you live.
Cookies and optional sharing
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Field-guide lesson completion is saved in this browser’s local storage under your account identifier; it does not sync across devices. You can clear it by clearing this site’s browser data. External services may use their own cookies when you visit their pages. Optional leaderboard participation publishes performance under a generated alias; it is off unless you opt in. Sponsored content, if available, is labeled and separate from research. We record relevant usage and advertising interactions to operate the service.
Retention and protection
Account, research, and billing records are retained while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet recordkeeping obligations, and protect against abuse. Verification and reset codes expire after 30 minutes. Passwords are hashed; stored broker credentials are encrypted. Access is scoped to your account, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can manage billing, disconnect broker accounts, and change optional notifications and leaderboard settings in Account. To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance, email socialmediaautomation@gmail.com. We may need to verify ownership and may retain records required for billing, legal obligations, or security. The service is intended for adults, not children under 18.
