Subscription or payment
Open Account to view your plan, manage billing, or cancel renewal. If payment succeeded but your plan has not updated, do not pay again. Refresh Account and contact us with the invoice reference if needed.
Trouble signing in
Request a password reset. Links expire after 30 minutes and work once. Check your spam folder. If email delivery fails, contact us from your account email.
Trading availability
Trading is paused while paper execution is qualified. Paid access covers research and analytics. Manage any existing positions directly in your brokerage account.
